Teams generally design and manufacture a device or product (e.g. a robot or a vehicle). Teams often choose to enter a regional, national, or international competition with their device, to represent UBC Engineering and put their hard work to the test. UBC supports existing teams, fosters the development of new ones, and encourages a wide range of collaboration with campus and external partners, helping them achieve their potential through adequate access to resources.
All students involved with engineering design teams must follow the UBCStudent Code of Conductfound in the Academic Calendar. Failure to comply with the Code of Conduct is grounds for team termination.
